Buyer Agreement

You are purchasing a personal-use collectible numbered edition of a specific artwork, at the price shown at checkout, together with the 3K or 4K digital artwork delivered for that edition, the ownership record, a Wicked Card when included, and the Usage Rights on the Usage Rights page. You are not purchasing copyright, trademark, character rights, merchandising rights, or any commercial reproduction rights.

Converted artwork is sold as a limited edition of a declared size (for example, Limited Edition · 25). Each completed purchase allocates the next available number in sequence (for example, Next Available: 1 of 25, then 2 of 25). The public listing shows how many have been collected and how many remain available. The studio’s allocation engine does not issue numbers beyond that declared size.

Prices are in United States dollars. Checkout is processed by Stripe. WickedSickArt Studio does not receive or store your full payment card number. A purchase is complete when Stripe confirms successful payment and the studio records the order and the allocated edition.

Delivery is digital. Converted purchases include a 3K or 4K digital artwork according to the Product Type shown at purchase. Product Types (including Wicked Buy, Wicked Sick, Wicked Deals, Holiday Specials, or any future Product Type) are offer labels only. 3K and 4K describe delivery resolution only. Price and edition size do not change Usage Rights. After payment, downloads are provided through the Collector Suite when the studio has published the files for that edition. Legacy artwork that has not been converted may still use studio-fulfilled delivery instead of an immediate download.

A Wicked Card may be included when the studio has prepared one for that artwork. It is a collectible visual component associated with the numbered edition. You may display and enjoy it personally. It does not transfer copyright, grant commercial rights, expand Usage Rights, or act as a separate commercial reproduction license. A missing card does not cancel a valid purchase or the delivered artwork files. Trading or resale of registered editions is not currently offered.

After a successful purchase, the studio records the buyer name and email, the artwork, the allocated edition number, the order, and related delivery records. A studio certificate identifier may also be issued. That record identifies the purchaser of the numbered edition. It is not a transfer of copyright.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of WickedSickArt Studio / the artist. Purchasing an edition does not transfer copyright unless the studio agrees in a separate signed writing. The studio retains the right to display the work for portfolio, archive, promotion, and exhibition.

Converted purchases are personal-use collectible editions. Personal collection, printing and display only. No commercial use or reproduction rights. The full rules are on the Usage Rights page. Product Type, price, and edition size do not grant extra rights. No commercial reproduction or merchandising rights are included unless the studio grants them in a separate written agreement.

These are digital goods. Once payment succeeds and the edition is allocated, the sale is final. The studio does not offer a cooling-off cancellation after a completed digital purchase. If a download fails or a file is defective, contact the studio from the email used at checkout so the studio can re-deliver the files you already purchased.

When every numbered unit in a declared edition has been sold, that edition is sold out and additional units are not allocated. Checkout will not complete a purchase against a sold-out edition. The artwork may remain visible in the archive as a collection record.
