Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

WickedSickArt Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily submit (such as your name, email address, and message content) through contact forms, artwork inquiries, and checkout.

When you buy a numbered digital edition we store buyer name and email, order and payment-intent identifiers, allocated edition number, certificate identifier when issued, delivery and download records, and Wicked Card records when a card is issued for that edition. If you use Collector Suite, we also store account credentials (password hashes, not plaintext passwords) needed to sign in and retrieve your files.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered in Stripe’s payment form and handled by Stripe. WickedSickArt Studio does not store full payment card numbers, CVV, or raw card data. We may store Stripe payment intent identifiers, amount, currency, and payment status needed to confirm the order and fulfill delivery.

3. Analytics & Site Performance

This website may use analytics, studio intelligence, and performance tools to understand traffic and improve the site. These tools may record pages visited, device type, approximate location, and similar usage data. Artwork reactions and inquiry events may also be stored. Where required, cookie consent controls may be used.

4. Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submitted information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Links

This website may link to external platforms (such as DeviantArt or payment providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.

6. Your Rights & Requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have submitted by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Purchase, edition, and tax/accounting records may need to be retained even when a Collector Suite login is closed.
