All content on this website — including artwork, graphics, branding, written copy, and digital assets — is the property of WickedSickArt Studio unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

2. Purchases & Payments

All sales of digital artwork are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing, availability, edition status, and file delivery methods may change at any time.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. WickedSickArt Studio does not store full payment card details.

3. License Grant

Purchase grants only the usage rights defined in the applicable license agreement displayed at the time of purchase. Copyright ownership remains with WickedSickArt Studio unless explicitly transferred in a signed written agreement.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling or redistributing digital files
• Minting artwork as NFTs without written permission
• Using artwork for AI training datasets
• Commercial exploitation beyond granted rights
• Removing artist marks/watermarks where present

5. Limitation of Liability

WickedSickArt Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any purchased artwork, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
