Terms of Sale

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artwork, graphics, branding, written copy, and digital assets — is the property of WickedSickArt Studio unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

2. Purchases, editions, and payment

WickedSickArt Studio sells numbered digital editions of original artwork as personal-use collectible editions. Product Types (including Wicked Buy, Wicked Sick, Wicked Deals, Holiday Specials, or any future Product Type) are offer labels only. 3K and 4K describe delivery resolution of the digital artwork only. Price and edition size do not determine Usage Rights. Edition size is declared on the artwork page and enforced by the studio’s allocation engine. When an edition is sold out, additional units are not allocated.

Payment is processed by Stripe. WickedSickArt Studio does not store full payment card details. A sale is complete when Stripe confirms payment and the studio records the order and edition allocation.

These are digital goods. Completed purchases are final. If delivery of a purchased file fails, contact the studio from the email used at checkout so the files can be re-sent. Pricing and availability may change for unsold editions; a completed purchase is not repriced after allocation.

3. Usage Rights and copyright

Converted purchases grant only the personal-use Usage Rights described on the Usage Rights page at the time of purchase. Personal collection, printing and display only. No commercial use or reproduction rights. Copyright, reproduction, merchandising, commercial licensing, distribution, and derivative commercial rights remain with WickedSick Art Studio / the artist. Owning a numbered edition is not ownership of the copyright. A Wicked Card, when included, is a collectible visual component of the numbered edition and does not transfer copyright or expand Usage Rights.

4. Prohibited uses

• Commercial reproduction, merchandise, print-on-demand, or resale of reproductions
• Redistributing the purchased 3K or 4K digital master
• Minting artwork as NFTs or blockchain collectibles
• Using artwork for AI training, machine-learning datasets, or generative-model training
• Sublicensing or any other commercial exploitation
• Removing artist marks or watermarks where present

5. Agreement versions

New checkouts record the Buyer Agreement, Usage Rights, and Terms of Sale version identifiers current at payment. Completed orders keep those identifiers. Later edits to these pages do not rewrite a completed purchase. Orders placed before version recording have no stored version identifier.

6. Limitation of Liability

WickedSickArt Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any purchased artwork, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
