Usage Rights

Converted WickedSickArt Studio purchases are personal-use collectible editions. Personal collection, printing and display only. No commercial use or reproduction rights. Read this page with the Buyer Agreement and Terms of Sale.

Product Types such as Wicked Buy, Wicked Sick, Wicked Deals, Holiday Specials, or any future Product Type are offer labels only. Price and edition size do not change these Usage Rights. 3K and 4K describe delivery resolution of the digital artwork only. None of those things is a copyright license, a prestige-rights category, or a commercial-rights level.

What the buyer receives

3K / 4K digital artwork
The purchased digital file at the delivery resolution shown for that Product Type.
Numbered edition / ownership record
The allocated edition number and the studio’s record that you purchased it.
Wicked Card
Included when the studio has prepared one for that artwork. It is part of the collection, not extra commercial rights.
Copyright
Stays with WickedSick Art Studio / the artist. Owning a numbered edition is not ownership of the copyright.

Personal use

These rights are for the buyer’s own personal use only. Personal printing is included for all converted purchases. Older stored catalog notes such as “Print rights” do not create a different rights set for converted artwork.

Personal collection
Keep the artwork in your personal collection.
Private display
Display it privately on personal computers, televisions, tablets, phones, digital frames, and similar personally controlled displays.
Personal archival copies
Make personal archival and backup copies for your own use. Those copies remain subject to these Usage Rights.
Personal printing
Personally print the artwork, and frame and display those personal prints, for ordinary non-commercial personal use.

No commercial rights

No commercial reproduction or exploitation rights are included. Copyright, reproduction rights, merchandising rights, commercial licensing rights, distribution rights, and derivative commercial rights remain with WickedSick Art Studio / the artist. The buyer may not use the artwork for:

T-shirts or apparel
Prints or posters offered for sale
Stickers, decals, mugs, or other merchandise
Product packaging, advertising, commercial branding, logos, or commercial marketing
Print-on-demand or resale of reproductions
Commercial publications, or commercial websites where the artwork is exploited as an asset
Sublicensing, or redistribution of the digital master
Selling or distributing modified copies or derivative commercial products
NFT / tokenization or blockchain collectibles
AI training, machine-learning datasets, or generative-model training
Any other commercial product, service, promotion, or venture

Note

These Usage Rights do not grant permission to upload, post, or distribute the purchased 3K or 4K master file. Purpose-built web or display copies, if the studio later provides them, would be described separately. Contact the studio if you want expanded rights in writing.

Wicked Cards

A Wicked Card is a collectible visual component associated with a numbered edition. You may display and enjoy it personally as part of your collection. It does not transfer copyright, grant commercial rights, expand Usage Rights, or become a separate commercial reproduction license. Trading or resale of registered editions is not currently implemented. Ownership records could support a future transfer feature; that capability is not granted until the studio offers it.

Legacy purchases

Artwork not yet converted may still show historical Exclusive, Limited Master, or Studio Edition labels. Those labels are historical release names, not current Product Types and not extra commercial rights. Converted purchases use this unified Usage Rights policy unless a future artwork is sold under a separate written agreement.

Separate written agreements

Commercial, editorial, entertainment, brand, or other expanded use requires a separate written grant from the studio. Use the contact form and include the piece title, intended usage, distribution scope, and timeline.
