Collector Agreement

This Collector Agreement defines the usage rights and license terms for WickedSickArt Studio digital art acquisitions. It protects the integrity of the work, the editions, and the collector.

These digital art license terms cover authorship, edition integrity, permitted personal use, prohibited commercial use, and file security for WickedSickArt Studio acquisitions.

Authorship & Ownership

All works remain the intellectual property of WickedSickArt. Acquisition grants a defined usage license only. Copyright is not transferred unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Personal Display License

All Studio Editions, Limited Master Editions, and Exclusive Acquisitions are granted under a personal display license unless otherwise specified.

Permitted & Prohibited Use

This license permits personal display and private printing only. Commercial use, redistribution, and derivative creation are not allowed without a separate written license.

Permitted Use

Digital display
Digital display on personal devices.
Private printing
Printing for private, non-commercial display.
Personal collection
Inclusion within the collector’s personal collection.

Prohibited Use

Commercial reproduction
Commercial reproduction in any form.
Redistribution
Redistribution or resale of the file.
NFT / blockchain
Minting as an NFT or blockchain asset.
Derivatives
Alteration or derivative works.
Branding / merch / promo
Use in branding, merchandise, or promotional materials.

Edition Integrity

Edition limits are strictly enforced. Once an edition reaches its declared maximum, it is permanently retired and will not be reproduced in the same resolution tier or format. This protects scarcity and long-term collector value.

File Security & Redistribution

Acquired files are licensed to the original collector only. Unauthorized sharing, resale, duplication, or redistribution voids the license.

Studio Display Rights

WickedSickArt retains the right to display all works for portfolio, archival, promotional, and exhibition purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Finality of Sale

Due to the nature of digital acquisitions and immediate file delivery, all sales are final.
