Three ways to collect. Three different levels of power, scarcity, and rights. Pick the tier that matches how hard you want to own it.

This page explains WickedSickArt Studio digital art licensing: what personal-use rights you receive, what is prohibited (commercial use, redistribution, NFTs), and how edition scarcity is enforced.

Exclusive Edition

1 of 1 • Single Owner

This is the crown tier. One collector. One claim. When an Exclusive is purchased, the piece is treated like a private artifact — removed from public sale and locked to a single owner.

What you get

Single-owner claim (no additional collectors for that exact piece).
Highest-resolution master delivery (your premium display file).
Collector certificate + tier designation (provenance + confidence).
Priority handling on delivery, updates, and future collector requests.
Private collector positioning — you own a piece of the studio canon.

What it does NOT include

No transfer of copyright/IP unless explicitly negotiated in writing.
No unrestricted commercial use by default.
No permission to mint, train, or resell as stock/asset products.

Why it is worth it: Scarcity is the value. Exclusive Edition is not “a file.” It is a permanent claim inside the WickedSickArt universe — the collector version of owning the original plate.

Limited Master Edition

Numbered • Limited Run

This is the serious collector tier: limited, numbered, and built for prestige. You get high-end delivery without the single-owner price — but still with controlled scarcity.

What you get

Numbered edition (example: 1/10, 2/10 — limited means limited).
Higher-mid resolution suitable for premium display and personal prints.
Certificate of authenticity with edition number.
Collector-friendly usage (personal use, display, printing for yourself).

What it does NOT include

No commercial reproduction, merch, product packaging, ads, or monetized campaigns.
No resale as a digital product or inclusion in asset libraries.
No IP transfer or character/world ownership.

Why it is worth it: You’re collecting scarcity without going full 1-of-1. It’s the best balance of price, power, and long-term collector value.

Studio Edition

Digital Collector Entry Tier

Studio Edition is the access tier — built for digital collectors who want to own the piece at the lowest price. You receive a clean, high-quality mid-resolution display file and personal-use rights for your screens, digital art frames, devices, and private spaces. This tier is still limited to 50 editions; once they’re gone, they’re retired.

What you get

Digital collector file for personal display (desktop, phone, tablets, frames, etc.).
Solid-resolution delivery optimized for screens and clean viewing.
Personal-use license (enjoy it, show it, live with it — not for profit).
Upgrade path — step up to Limited or Exclusive later if available.

What it does NOT include

No commercial use (ads, merch, packaging, promos, paid posts, products, etc.).
No resale of the file, redistribution, or inclusion in asset libraries.
No ownership of the underlying IP/character/world.
No AI training rights unless explicitly granted in writing.

Why it is worth it: This is the clean entry point into the WickedSickArt universe — low price, high impact, personal ownership. If you want maximum scarcity and status, you move up the ladder.
